Can´t log in to cpanel after starka reboot

Hi, I´ve been using your hosting service for a while and loved many of the features you offer. I realize, after reading the forum posts, that maybe my site info was lost on the reboot of the Starka server, there´s no problem since I have the pertient backup.

Since the last week, I´ve noticed that my site can´t be seen, just a blank screen, and can´t get FTP connection or cpanel access. Is there anything I can do from my pc to restablish the service?
