Can’t select database

Hi,

I already submitted a ticket for not able to see my website. Now it's not even allowing me to login to wp-admin,, and says 'Can't select database'.

I am not sure what's going on and can someone throw some light on why these problems occur?

In cPanel, click on Remote MySQL.
Add these to the list:
