Can Absolut.x10 work without going down ?

Hi,
I have an account on Absout.x10 . This server is going down every 20 minutes. I was working yesterday and had to do a breaks every half an hour because of it. Can you write if it is normal or not and if possible move my account to a differenet machine ?

Hello, from when i was on yesterday, i had not noticed Absolut going down this often, do you mind me asking what errors you would get when this occured?

Also, is this still occuring? If so, can you please, the next time it goes down...Do a traceroute to absolut.x10hosting.com

To do this, go to Start>Run

Type cmd and press enter.

It will load the console window, type this:

tracert absolut.x10hosting.com >C:\Tracert.txt

This will create a log file on your C: Drive called Tracert.txt

It will take a while to do it, once its done, you will know, the command window will be free to type again.

That will create a log file of the tracert, please copy and paste what is in that log file here. I will see if i can troubleshoot any problems for you.
