I have a character encoding problem with my both
http://kenshounoheya.com and http://mirumo.tv/pc

Both the sites are XHTML Transitional Documents. And all the contents are in Japanese.
I can't validate the site http://mirumo.tv/pc

Somebody help me please...

Have you read the errors that get returned? I suggest using HTML entities for special characters.
