I have been waiting for my illuminated package for 3 days now and nobody is contacting me. No email, no forum private message. My ticket number is 1527. Can anyone help me out?

There are very few people with access to Illuminated, and currently they all happen to be the admins here, meaning that they are constantly busy doing things. I've notified them of your ticket a day or two ago, so all that can be done on your part is waiting patiently for them to respond. I apologize for the delay, but unfortunately there is literally nothing I can do to speed the process along.
