Can anyone tell me how to transfer from ipb2 to vbulletin

Hey people i want to transfer my sql databse from ipb2 to vbulletin 3. Can anyone please write a guide for it ?

I dont know if you can... its two different programs so you may not be able to carry over post counts etc.
