It's a permanent suspension for two reasons: 1, it's a major drag on resources. 2, I was unable to suspend it at the time through our usual backend, so I checked with our head admin to see if it was suspendable, and if he could finish the suspension for me. You can't - permanent suspensions are erased automatically by the system after a minimum of 14 days. I say a minimum since there's accounts already Zero Tolerance suspended that have been so for longer than 40 - we don't expedite the erasing of accounts that break the TOS this severely. It'd defeat the purpose of using a permanent suspension as a punishment.
