I've noticed that using an outsourced geoip call causes my page to run slowly sometimes, so I decided I'd try to install the script on my own page rather than using the source of someone elses that I'm sure thousands are probably using as well. So, is it possible for free users to install maxMind's geoip to get their country, city, isp, etc..?
