Can i backup my database using dropmysite.com?

For database back up , they are asking the following:

Select Your Website npcommunity.x10.mx

Host Name / IP Address

Port

User Name


Password

Remote MySQL is disabled so they won't be able to connect to MySQL the way they're trying to. It's also a bad idea to give a random site your username/password.
