Can I be transferred to Ad-Enhanced?

I used to have Ad-Enhanced, then my account was deleted and I got to make a new one, so I wanted to try Ad-Free (to get away from Stoli) but I've been autosuspended twice just trying to use cpanel and I'm unable to access ftp due to the 50 user limit. Could someone possibly transfer me to Ad-Enhanced or delete my account so I can remake it?

I seem to get autosuspended whenever the server load is in the red. Never saw it that high on Stoli.
