Hi, I have hosted my site here for over a year now, but it hasn't been used much in the last few months.
We are now giving it a new lease of life, and getting it active again.
The problem I have, is whilst it was not being used, it was online all the time, but now we are using it again, it is offline a lot.
I notice the other add free server is online a lot more than Cossacks, so was wondering if there's any chance I can switch servers, or is this a one time downtime?
I've had so much downtime over the last few weeks, and it always seems to be when I want to work on my site.
We're sending new people there every day, but they cannot see it, as it's offline.
I know this is free, and don't want to come across like I'm moaning, because I'm not, i love the service here, and my questions have always been answered quickly.
Good staff, good hosting plans, just I seem to get a lot of downtime.
