Can I do anything to get my account un-suspended?

My account got suspended and I don't know why.

Your suspension reason is as follows:
illegal content hosted on website.

They didn't say what "illegal content" was so I don't know.

I didn't get an e-mail and there was no way to resend it.

I went on the IRC and got someone to p.m. me the response.

Thank you for submitting an appeal against the suspension imposed upon your x10Hosting free web hosting account. We have reviewed your account and the information included within your appeal. Unfortunately after careful consideration the information submitted with your appeal does not adequately justify removal of the suspension. This suspension was issued after a manual investigation of the account,
which did turn up some text files containing transcripts of chat logs that were bordering on Adult Material. With the addition of the account not having any clear purpose, the suspension will stand.
In accordance with the x10Hosting Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy agreed to upon registration the suspension will remain permanently. This decision is final.
At this time, data backups are not available as detailed in sections 6 and 8 of the x10Hosting Terms of Service.

I only had 1 text file chat log on the site. It was a chat log I saved because they wanted it. It was also a chat log I probably didn't participate in much. It was user-generated material. Also, they were having fun and no one was serious about it. They didn't show up again, and I forgot about the text file. No one has looked at or been linked to that text file. I forgot that it even existed on the site. I can't justify something if there's no reason to justify. "illegal content" is vague and can mean anything.

So text files bordering on adult material are not allowed?
I forgot about the text file. I can delete it.

Also, accounts need to have a clear purpose?
My accounts purpose is fun. It is a chat site for fun.

Given that the site in question was also reported as having been spamvertised, which we do not tolerate, the suspension is indeed permanent and cannot be lifted. This is not a suspension that is able to be disputed further, as indicated in the reply.
