I don't really like the Grand Theft Auto game. But your wallpaper looks quite nice, although I don't like it, it looks professional and smooth.

I can see the concept you were going for. I think your positioning is done well. However certain parts of your wallpaper, more specifically - where you are using your brushes I think you should sharpen. You have a few blury designs and one really sharp brush.

I also think you should the GTA character down to the bottom so it doesn't show his legs being cut off.
