can i host a chat room?

i want to know m i allowed to have a chat website like a chat room were poeple come and chat is it allowed on x10 cant seem to find an asnwer i searched so tought i make a thread sorry

what if the chat room is not hosted here i mean its hosted some were else and we just using it and if its allowed how will u know its not hosted here and how will some 1 know it aint hosted so they wont suspend me?

one more thing what about a ajax chat room which does not use much resources?

It about the mysql quires that run again the database, I think that the mail issue there

You can have IRC clients such as mibbit, if I am correct, but you can't have shoutboxes or DB-backed chatrooms.
