Can I host software downloads from my site?

I am hosting a tech site: techtimeforums.tk with lots of tech related stuff on there. Let's say, for example, I wanted to host a software directory with LINKS, not directly files, but links to sites where they could download the file and I am planning to do all this with Wordpress. Would this be a terms violation?

If they are links to legitimate download sites -- ie the sites have the right to offer the software -- then it is okay.

If the sites do not have the rights to distribute the software or the software offered is hacked, then it is a violation of the T.O.S.

@descalzo I am talking about the official site. Like if I posted Auslogics DiskDefrag, I would have to point to auslogics.com? | By the way, could I also point to CNET's Download.com?

Again, if it is a link to the official site, or to a legitimate 3rd party site like CNET, then it is okay.

[Again, assuming the software is "legit". A link to the official site for a piece of malware is obviously a no-no.]
