Well, If you are talking about people uploading content on your site, I think x10 has no qualms about that. But as QuwenQ has pointed out, no filehosting is allowed.
Well, you can't have them upload for the specific purpose of hosting the files BUT you may be able to have them upload attachments in forums as long as your forums are not hosting specific.
Well I don't think he wants it uploaded to the site.
He said he wanted it sent to his e-mail so hes basicly asking how he goes about making his code (php I presume?) create an e-mail with the users file as an attachment then send it to him not upload the file onto his website.
but file hosting aint possible coz with min. 300-max2000mb u cant even think about it
and you could fall in trouble bcoz many people prey on filehost websites
i had that experience when i was usin freeweb7.com as my host i used it allow ppl ot upload mp3s but soon found my site haked
