Can i link to copyrighted material?

Well, this is what my website is about please tell me if i will be breaking your rules in any way. My website is like online television, what i do is i find for example every episode of "The simpsons" on a video host, i then copy the HTML of that video and make a post of it on my wordpress vlog. So if a visitor wanted to watch season 1 of the simpsons, he would come to me, instead of having to go searching around the internet, no illegal copyrighted material will be hosted on the account. Everything is just a link. I need to know if this will be breaking any of your rules, because if so, i would rather not "set up camp" here and just wait for you guys to ban me.

So basically is anything said above against your TOS.

I'm telling you what I understand of a free web hosting service rules.

You can embed if there is any options. It is the problem of the web host and that site where that video was hosted. But if there is not any option to embed then you can't give the link to the site to download.

For example there are lots of video on You tube which may be copyrighted. But embedding such video doesn't violate TOS but if you'll post any link to download some copyrighted material from Rapidshare then it may be against the TOS.

What do you mean by "links"?

If you mean links to hulu, youtube, etc, then there should be no problem as long as the site is legit. That is, it is reasonable to assume that the site has the right to host the material. I think a link to "piratedTVshows.com" might be a problem.

If you mean embed the material, you have the added requirement that the site must be ok with people embedding their material.
