CAN I MAKE A Non-proffesional-WAREZ SITE WITH RAPIDSHARE OR HOTFILE?

I want to make a warez website that would be non-professional,forum type and posted part-linking to file-hosts like hotfile,rapidshare etc. and It would be just for sharing with some friends like home(that's what we call warez).
Not for selling/producing any copyrighted item officially/unofficially.
likely I'd not want to 'disturb' your server.
And definitely I'll use my own domain and not your sub-domain.

This depends entirely upon how you define you and your friends define 'warez', as you seem to be a bit ambiguous in your request; if there is even one link to a cracked app etc then your account will be suspended. Also, you must have a site up that is relevant to the content, as just posting a bunch of files may fall under the 'file hosting' clause of the terms of service and again your account would be suspended.
So basically, everything here is going to be borderline of what is and isn't allowed within the terms of service and the final verdict is probably best decided by an admin. I can't imagine they're going to be too lenient on a 'borderline' site that is verging on violating multiple rules.
