Can I request to be hosted on another server other than Chopin?

Chopin has been extremely unreliable for me. I can access cPanel but not my site (fterh.com). Can the staff of X10hosting please rectify this issue asap?

I really miss the times when X10hosting was as reliable as paid hosting. Now, page loads are slow and uptime is unreliable. Back then, everything was speedy and there was 100% uptime.

Hello, my site is up once again, and all seems to be fine except for one problem. It seems that the server cache is messed up, my old favicon was shown instead of the new one. But I expect this cache problem to self-resolve pretty soon, so thanks for your help.

Hello I think that the servers had rolled back to an earlier stage. I went into cPanel file manager and discovered that the files in a particular folder are from several days ago (I had deleted some files since then). Perhaps the administrators may want to look into this.
