Can I set the value of post_max_size more than 128M?

It's needed to restore my backup which is 251M in size. I can upload that backup to site (and I did it) but it's not restoring since the value of post_max_size is smaller than my backup. Please change it to at least 300M so my backup can restore properly.

you can set your php values by going to 'Select PHP version'
then click on 'options' those are the systems default settings.

Well I know that, but I can't set it more than 128M

unfortunately i believe thats all that you can set it to without access to a php.ini file.
