Unless you can get permission / the movie says you can distribute, these files won't be allowed because it's most likely copyrighted

Yes. And I am surprised you can't tell that yourself.
Look at the bottom of the screen. First, it says BBC ( British Broadcasting Corp ) ... then under that it has the Copyright symbol and roman numerals for the year.

You would have to contact The Learning Channel and the BBC to get permission to use these.
