I can't say for sure but as long as the videos are not copyrighted I don't see why not

You may not upload your Youtube video download script to our servers. Downloading videos from the Youtube website is not permitted according Youtube's Terms of Service. Thus, a video download script helps other users perform illegal activities, so it cannot be stored on x10Hosting.
