All of us know that android games are pretty big .so game vendors sell their installation package as an apk file which alone costs the entire game and later we have to download the game data through wifi (only) for free.I bought several games from gameloft and iam unable to download data due to lack of wifi but now i upgraded to wifi and i can play them.so iam planning to set up a website which provides data(which is free from game vendors but requires wifi) for android games it could help many people who dont have wifi. IS this violation of your TOS?????

Given that Gameloft's website indicates they do not give out these rights, you would be unable to do so - it would qualify as copyright infringement and warez, and result in a permanent suspension.

no i dont want to upload apk file, i want to upload data files that has to be downloaded after installing apk file. which is ofcourse offered free by gameloft but possible only through wifi

Rechecked Gameloft's TOS, and that would not be allowed as well.

All content and software ("Software") (if any) that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the Site is owned by and is the copyrighted work of Gameloft and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

In short, if it's from Gameloft, it's copyrighted by them and would follow under the same rules as the original APK file.
