If you own the copyright to the videos, yes.

The problem is you just got suspended for linking to illegal full version copies of videos in violation of our TOS, so you can't access your account anymore to do the uploading. That suspension is a permanent zero tolerance suspension that cannot be removed for any reason including backups.

Does not matter anymore because your account has been permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service.
You will not be allowed access to your accounts or files.

In case someone stumbles on the thread I'm going to answer this anyways, although as Carl said, you're permanently suspended anyways.

Everything you link to must be legal. Megavideo is often used to transmit illegal copies of full version videos; you were indeed linking to them.

Normally this is not an issue. It is when you're linking to illegal stuff :/
