Hello kikuramikami75,
MIDI files are allowed on your account as long as the file is following our terms of service. So if your MIDI is the theme song to a 50 Cent song, you can't run that on the account. You need to make sure you made the MIDI yourself and you have the copyright to the file; so something you make yourself like with your band at school is fine.
