Can i use phpbb forum code uploaded to my site and use a domain such as forum.riwebworld.x10.mx ?

If yes , please tell me how?

will it violate any rules... i am always in fear of suspension..so using fairly with caution...Than kx for your support

You are free to setup a forum.
Just keep in mind, any sub forums that promote or are for topics that break the Terms, you can be suspended.
