Can I use Xsite Pro 2 ?

Never heard of it.
But I dare say that if it can save pages, you can upload them to this host. If it is only designed to work with it's own hosting solution, then you can't. You'll need to find this info out on Xsite Pro 2, not here.
Why not design your site using one of the various tools available here instead?
x10 has Reptile SiteBuilder, & you can also use Fantastico or Softaculous to easily install numerous pre-designed sites such as forums, blogs, shopping carts etc.
