Can not access backups

hi, i was trying to access my backups and when i get redirected it tells me "Authentication Failed" i put my email and password in and still giving me the same error.

I am getting this exact same error for multiple of my student accounts and my own account. Anyone have any idea how this can be resolved? We were all able to access the backup through the My Website page by clicking on the button Access Backup and now none of us can.


The error we are all seeing is: Server Backup Manager SE I can't log in . I'm getting this messages : You are attempting to log into your cPanel backups from xo3.x10hosting.com. If you think you are seeing these messages in error, please contact your Backup Manager administrator. Authentication Failed


Please help.

There will not be asked for your email, but for the username, as you can see!
