I just signed up, put when I try to go to https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083 I get the following error

Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.

Normally that's exactly where cPanel is. It might be because your account is new.

Try yoursite.com:2082

Wait 24 hours, then try again. How long ago was your account set up? I think that's the problem, it takes a while to set them up.

I am able to get to the login page and login.
Then things do not work so well after that

Are you on a school network or behind firewall, If yes then it might be a problem.

sometimes Router blocks the port which is required to access cPanel.
Restart your router and try again.
