I must sound like a broken record right now. So I've been trying to log in for a few minutes, I know my hosting username, my old hosting server was cossacks and my new one is fris. I'm certain that I know my password since I just changed it from one password to another one.

But everytime I go to https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ I get a "Login Attempt Failed!" error. I've tried logging in at http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/login/ as well, with no luck.

This is strange. I was told all the updates were done, and I can access my site, but I can't log into cpanel, and my FTP client filezilla isn't working anymore either. I'm basically locked out from uploading or downloading files, HELP!

This is exactly what I did. In addition, now when I try to access my site, I get the following error: "Unable to connect"

On my firefox browser this means that the page was taken down. The site was fine when I left it this morning, so I guess this is good news, it was taken down for some maintenance. Perhaps the cossacks server move hasn't been finished yet.

All the account moves are finished but the admins are still doing some maintenance.
One user suggested doing a password reset through cPanel.

The site is back up. I do not understand, how do I reset my password through cpanel if I can not log into cpanel?

Thanks for the reply, although I'm not sure exactly how to do a password reset. I will access this page https://x10hosting.com/control/ and then I won't know what to do.

It'd be nice if a mod/staff member could reset my password and send it to my email address.
