Can not access my site

Hi,

My previous post has changed to "Closed" so I'll write a new post about the same issue here.

I still can not login to c-panel, so the problem does not seem to be resolved for my part.

Do you have any data on the account? If not, I could try to remove it and create a new (with same info as the current)

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. And see if there is any notification about suspension..

Post back the result

Boss: I checked the suspension report and it has added two post there since I checked last week. (one post with old date, 7september 2009, and the other today)

It looks like someone has just resently tried to unsuspend me (even if I have not been suspended)


"suspension Sep 7 no reason was supplied during suspension
"unsuspension 5:01 am not applicable"

Well when i open your site.. I see Index of / page

Index of /

• cgi-bin/
• images/
• postinfo.html
• suspended.page/

That probably means your account is still not transferred correctly...

Yes... I had a support-ticket about that too, and I got an answer that I had to make some configureation- changes because I had the domain "pcriot" and something had changed regarding this after the upgrade on chopin (But when I was going to try to change this, I discovered that I could not login to c-panel).

My blog has been down now for several weeks since they started the changes on chopin.

Changing of Domain can be done from Account Panel..
Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on Modify Your Account on Right Sidebar.

There you can change your main domain..
