Can not access the hosting

When I try to access the hosting I get this message:

resultAn error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support request.

Would you please fox that problem.

Is there an option to retry the signup? If so, please go with that and see if it works.

Its working fine now thank you, I made a mistake registering the domain name, would you please change it from asa-legal.x10.mx to aca-legal.x10.mx.

Hello,

You can make that change from your account panel. Click "Hosting" in the header bar and you should see a link with further instructions.

Site explanation is now required. Why is your site an almost 1:1 copy (minus one line) of aca-legal.com which is not hosted on x10hosting?

And in the footer of your current website, it also indicates the site is copyright aca-legal.com - why is it claiming it's part of aca-legal.com when aca-legal.com is not pointed to any x10hosting service?

I could remove the footer if I have access back to the cpanel.

I could prove your IP number, operating system and browser as you browsed the site to check if its a 1:1 copy:
