Can not add 'parked' domain - server boru

While trying to add a 'parked' domain...

There was a problem creating the parked domain.

Hello,

I have asked about this error previously, but it's apparently to do with how changes to domains in cPanel are passed onto our account management system. In other words, the domain should still work, but it doesn't appear in our system.
