Can not connect SEQUEL PRO to MySQL

As the tittle says Im not available to connect SEQUEL PRO (SQL manager app) to MySQL in mysite .. it asks for this details:

Name:
Host: ???? ==>> Im not pretty sure what to put in right here ?????
Username:
Password:
Database:
Port: 3306 (default)

I hope some can help me out w this.

The x10hosting MySQL servers cannot be reached from outside the system. Access is blocked by the firewall.

From within the system, the hostname is 'localhost'
