As your instructed, I tried to contact x10.mx support team a few days ago so that I can register for new premium account. However, I didnot receive any reply from there.
Please help me to complete registration procedure.

I'm Anh. I'm now using you free hosting service with account named tenkana.x10.mx.
A few days ago I registered for a premium hosting service corresponding my existing domain: tenkana.x10.mx
However, after submitted the form I was not able to receive your validation call.
I did send you a mail to notify about the error a couple days ago but no mail reply.
Please help me to check this problem out, I'd like to see my website works stably with your premium service.
I also send you the error screen by the way, please find in attachment.
