Can not get a site registration to send me an email

Hi:

I've been trying to setup a free account with x10hosting under the sub domain name sgraziano for a student of mine and he never get the confirmation emails. His email address is [removed]. We've tried it from the school location and from his home location and he never gets the confirmation email. Other students have been successful in creating a site. We've tried from multiple locations and would apprciate any help you can give us.

Has he checked his spam box?

Regardless, I have force-confirmed the email address so he should be able to log into the portal and finish the setup of his account.
