After logging into cPanel, click on the "Account Settings" link in the top bar. From there you will be able to update your password.

Thanks - got password updated

Now how do I logout so if someone else uses the computer they do not get into my cPanel ?

From my last post --> "After I logout of cPanel the first time - is no need for user name and password - it just throws me into cPanel when I click on [ Sign in to x10hosting Control Panel ]"

I'm not able to recreate that issue with my account, I clicked logout in cPanel (tested both using basic and cpanel x3) and are promptly asked for username and password when I click on "Sign in", I'm using chrome browser as well as Firefox.

Are you still seeing this issue?

I did notice our accounts is on different servers, so I poked an admin about it in case there's some differences in the servers they need to address.

To be sure we are doing it the same way....

Open link in new tab [ https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php ]

click on [ Sign In ]

Enter login data and get put into cPanel

Now logout (I tested both)

Close tab

Open link in new tab [ https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php ]

Where it was [ Sign In ] is now [ Control Panel ]
==>
<==

Click on [ Control Panel ]

and I am logged in to cPanel - with no need for username/password (which is NOT good
###

cPanel does it right

Open link in new tab URL [ https://vox.x10hosting.com:2083/ ] and login to cPanel

When I click on [ Logout ] - I receive "You have logged out" - and a login box for username/password

Close tab

Open link in new tab URL [ https://vox.x10hosting.com:2083/ ]

I can not just click on "Log In" with out entering username/password (which is good)

I got a similar issue. I can't seem to log into AP, but I can log in to cPanel.
I'm entering the right password and username.

You should be able to access the both the website and cPanel directly using the exact same credentials. I've looked up the access logs from your account and they are showing that this is possible without any errors.

This has been resolved.
