Can not get published

can any one help please this is my first try at building a website its only half done but i wanted to try it out ive used the site builder and it works fine in the view mode but can i get it online arrrrrrrrrrrrr.

comes up finished but no site been waiting 24h to see but goes to host
says complete

I see a site in light blue with a picture of the guy in your avatar at a laptop.

Try clearing your browser cache and history.

Same issue, cleared cache and history, still loading a blank page for me at http://trothopandscratch.x10.bz/

Seems to be loading fine now. They had some problems with the new server that you are on.
