can not get to hosting acc - banging head on desk

I tried everything
It even said - check email - instructions given
BUT I RECEIVED NO EMAIL

I checked to see reason for suspension
Inactivity ... no problem
I unsuspended it
I couldn't get into the hosting account still
I checked the reason again
it said: error - it ain't suspended
I tried to make a support ticket
it kept asking me to log in
I tried every known and unknown username/password I could think of
I still couldn't make a support ticket
I made a thread in here
it got deleted

so I'm making another thread.

Don't forget to reply to this thread and tell us how you got on.. I think your thread was deleted before because the question may have been answered. Why don't you search around?

Just a curious question as it wasn't answered. You said it kept asking you to login to do a support ticket. You said you attempted to login - did you happen to try and register first beforehand?
