Can not link forum account to cPanel

[Ryutso]

Apparently I can log into the hosting panel, because it says "Welcome back, ryutso. Your last visit was..." at the top, but it want me to link my forum account to my hosting account.

But no matter what I put (My forum name is "Ryutso" and my hosting name is "ryutso") it says that

"An Error Has OccurredThe hosting username you specified does not exist."

Can somebody help?

When was the last time you two logged onto the forums before this? And what are your cPanel usernames?

I'm having the same exact problem. my cPanel and forum usernames are the same x876543

I have tried this yesterday and today and logged into the forums both times.
