Can not link to cPanel name

No - this occured during setting up my link between my forum ID and my Hoting ID. By the time I had worked out the process of getting the Host ID fixed creating a Forum ID then going backwards and forwards in the system to sort things I had forgotten the name I put in as the Hosting account. When I put in Link to "centralbandscot" which is what I thoguht it was it does not work - I think I must have put in another name for the hosting account perhaps starting with the word "lothian"

hi forgot to add this is the message I get when I try to set up

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system. Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

Can you tell us the e-mail you signed up with for your hosting account? We may be able to look for that e-mail address on WHM and figure out your info from there.
