Can not log in , A/c panel new A/c

I have created my account but i can not log in for Account panel of x10hosting, even after one hour I have not received mail from you for details of log in.

please do the needful and oblige.

Hi:
Your account is not linked to the forum. However it is normal that the mail with your information a bit late. Note that there are lots of requests for account and can sometimes take up to 24 or 48 hours to get the mail. I beg patience and forgive any inconvenience this may cause.
PS: If you roast that time still having problems write the problem again and you will be seen. Greetings
