Can Not Log In But External FTP Login Works

Hello, I can not log into my hosting account via the website but I can login via an external FTP client and access my files (thank God, because I have work to do.)

When I attempt to log in it does not say incorrect password, it says:

"An error has occurred processing your request."

I clearly KNOW the CORRECT password to my account. Why can't I log in?

I manage a couple of sites for businesses and I am only having this issue with my personal account.
