Can not login ftp, please help.

Hi, Admin

I was not able to login ftp using my account sstock5. The message is:

Status: Resolving address of simstock5.x10hosting.com
Status: Connecting to 74.63.233.3:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

I also tried to connect absolut.x10hosting.com, or ftp.absolut.x10hosting.com, but got the same error message.

Please help.
