can not login to control panel

I can not enter the control panel, even though the account indicates that its currently active. What should I do?

What is the status of password update in open actions. In Account Panel?

Hi Zubair,
it says "This action completed successfully".
I think the problem is elsewhere:
In the main control, I read my account is active, but on braim.elementfx.com I still get the suspended page warning.
How can I be suspended and active at the same time?
