Can not login to control panel.

Hi,

Username: bartredf

My account is suspended because i did login to control panel within 30 days.

For the last few days now I am trying to login to control panel to unsuspected my account.

When I enter my username and password I get the following error message:

Invalid username, email address, or password supplied.

I have not changed my password.

I have even clicked on the link that says, I forgot my password to reset the password, when I do this I get the following error message: The email address supplied is not registered with us.

I entered the email address i registered my account with.

Please help?

You were suspended for a zero-tolerance suspension, not an inactivity suspension.
