Can not login to Cpanel on starka

I'm on Starka and I'm having issues logging into my Cpanel account. I can log into x10Hosting's Control Panel (x10hosting.com/control), but not the Cpanel. I've tried changing my password via the section in the x10Hosting Control Panel, but it hasn't helped. I still have the following under Hosting Account Actions (https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&actions).

I've also tried to reset my password via the Password reset on the Cpanel login (https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) but I haven't received any email saying it has changed.

All other parts of my website are fine. Even the Wordpress script that was added to a subdomain is fine. I just can't log in to the Cpanel.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
