Can not login to CPanel.

I created a hosting account (shaleenm) with x10hosting on 15th april. Had accessed the cPanle then but can not access it with my credentials now as it displays "Login Attemp Failed!" upon login attempt. Can you please help, have no clue what's wrong?

Which cPanel link you are using?

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.
