can not login to cPanel!

Hi,
I can not login to cPanel [https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/] by using the same as my client account login/username and password. Why?

Another question, cPanel can not be accessed through my account panel.

How long has this log in issue been occurring for you? You can try logging into your account panel and resetting your cPanel password (which by the way, will also reset your account panel and forum passwords too) to see if that solves the issue.

What is going on when you try to access cPanel through the account panel however? Same issue with the password? If so, doing the above should solve the problem.
