Have you guys tried using a lower-case first letter in the login?

I once had a problem with the username and I would use a Blockis instead of what it should be, blockis.

I've been getting the same problem too when I tried to log onto CPanel. So I'm guessing I should probably PM my account info as well?

And I did try using lower-cased username, didn't work for me.
